Help!!

Hi there I have just got a gpad pro tablet 2.2 9.7inch ..

I have put it in to bootstrap mode (volume down and power) not I can't get it back out of that mode to turn on???

Please help

There is supposed to be a small pinhole that you can poke to reset the device.
