it's quite compact and fits nicely in the pocket of my el-cheapo sleeve. It holds the device firmly enough and you can slide it around fairly easily without the whole assembly falling apart. It's rubberized so I can turn the tablet on without having to hold onto it with my other hand and taps on the screen feel solid. All in all very nice for the money, which right now is 15 bucks.
