i am finding android tablet in ebay.com but it very confusing that which tablet will run 3D games eg: need for speed and otehr 3D games and 720p HD videos

This spec says it all:
Video Mp4/3GP/MPG,( The most effective resolution:320*240)
That indicates NO HD capability. It can do reduced video with specific codecs, but no 720 level. You need to up your investment and brace yourself for a higher priced device. That unit is capable of doing some 3D and video like AngryBirds potentially. But NOT be happy with HD.

You will be far happier with a tegra2 based device. Take a look at the new asus transformer tablet. It has everything you want.
