Hotmail and TT

Hotmail and TT working fine now. Great tablet just what I was looking for in a tablet. Very few aps though that are worth keeping. What is the deal about aps having so much access to tablet info?

which apps and what info are you talking about? Apps need access to the disk in order to read/write info. Depending on the app they may need access to the network to get info or save info. Depending on how your tablet connects, it may need access via WiFi or Cellular accounts, which means it may need access to those credentials.
