How about removing personal data when you return a unit?

I'm going to have to return the Gentouch78 because the battery is not charging. I'm concerned about what personal data might be in the units memory. How do you remove that?

Many thanks,

Gosling

Account.db you can delete but you need to know how to get to it. But the Factory Reset will blow it out also.

I actually had the same issue with mine, worked only when plugged in so i sent it back for warranty repair, now just waiting for it to come back. Tipstr is correct on how to erase your info, but of the two methods factory reset is the easier one of the two.

Also, in case you were using an microSD card, don't forget to take it out!

Good luck.

Factory Reset doesn't erase the old settings from the previous owner of mine... I think I might have to blow out everything there and reinstall from the get-go.
Help on how?
