How do i download document attachments?

Hi All,

I am new to android and have just got a Sony Tablet S running android 3.2.1. One of its uses will be for downloading work documents. I have a number of word documents that have attachments included in them. I can open up the main document but am unable to open any of the attachments. The attachments appear as doc or pdf icons but when i click on them all i seem to be able to do is move them around not open the attachment. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What application are you using to do this?
You know, not all apps are capable of opening attachments.
You can try this one, it never let me down (although I've never tried attachments): OfficeSuite_5.1.519.apk

Currently using Kingston documents . I downloaded and tried office suite but had the same problem. it opens the main document but not the attachemnts. Thanks for your help though, appreciated.
