How do I get the saved levels back after flashing Froyo?

I just flashed Nookie Froyo 0.6.8 following huskermania from youtube's instructions.

I backed up right before I did it with a CWR file. I wanted to know how can I get the saved levels of certain games back(angry birds for my kids)?

I'm guessing I'm going to have to revert back to my backup and do something with Titanium backup? Can someone walk me through that?

1. Why are you using Nookie Froyo? Not trying to be mean spirited but that is sort of a dated ROM at this point and doesn't really bring you much of anything.

2. You can restore the app data from the Titanium Backup you made. Go to the Backup/Restore tab, then bring up the menu>Batch>Run the restore you want to use.

wanted to start with the oldest ROM first and see the progression to what it is today. I never tried a new rom before
