How do I reset a Gemini GEM7112?

Hi All

got my 11 year old a tablet from santa GD Gemini model GEM7112 she decided to change the 4 digit password so that her brother wouldnt
know it but managed to forget her own password. As its only 12 hours old there is nothing on it to loose is there anyway to reset or fix this
issue.

hey all ive just recently got a gemini 7 tablet and its been on the same page for an hour , no volume buttons as there on the main screen when turned on and ive hold the restart button in for ages and its reset and turnt back on how ever it wont get past the loading page just wondering how do i factory reset it.
would be a great help if someone could tell me please,
