If anyone has something they think would be useful to say it would be appreciated.
I've been looking and found that Coby doesn't have Google Play, but has Android 4.0. The tc970 has Android 2.2. They both have similar hardware. I don't know about company reliability. There's probably something else. It just doesn't quite appear obvious what it means about them.
