How long does FW Flashing take?

Just wondering.....I'm flashing WMT_2.1.6_PD_N and it's at upgrading file system with the progress bar going for about 20 mins now. Is that normal?

It has never taken me that long but it could happen give it some more time and see what happens

restarted it.....been going for 1 min now......I'll go up to 30 and see what happens

Also...is it REALLY neccessary to have a 4gb sd card to flash it onto a tablet that only has a 2gb card inside?
