How to Access Storage Device

i have onda min tablet "android version 4.o.3 i have the following problems

1. if i put on usb for reading my data it does not read the usb. in copmuter i go to icon of my compute then i see my usb what about onda tablet where can i view.
2. i wanted to use internet through mobile moderm but it does not display so as i can install.

3. the version i have no place for mobile card.

There are 2 things you can try in order to read the USB drive. Restart your tablet with it plugged in or go to settings - storage and try "mount". There is a possibility of a format that your tablet can't see or understand. In that case you could try another USB device

The Internet access through a USB modem is a much bigger issue. I have a link below with some suggestions.
