How to check if I have GPS?

    Hi all! I bought a Chinese android tablet. In the advertisement it was written that it has GPS. There are several navigation programs installed. I turn on the GPS and nothing happens. I wonder if I really have a GPS. How can I check this? Is there anything like "device manager" that will show what hardware I have? I don't get any errors when I turn on the GPS. Can anyone that don't have GPS confirm if he can set it ON in the settings please?

    I really don't know what model is my device. The only thing that I can say is that on the box is written "MID". Please find a couple of pictures below:

    I know that all of them look the same.
