how to fix my tablet

My tablet when I turn it on part of the screen is white...When you touch you can tell it is still going to apps but cannot see them. HELP

I suppose you have turned it off and back on and it didn't help. A factory reset may be your next step if you can see it. If you have an HDMI port see if it will display on a TB/
