How to Flash the Firmware on Rikomagic MK802 II?

Preparation:
1. Phoenix Card (Download: http://goo.gl/qzf9I )
2. microSD Card (2GB or more)
3. microSD Card Writer
4. Windows XP/Vista/7 OS
5. Image File
(Download:https://dl.dropbox.com/u/110566126/MK802 II_recove tool_120822.rar)

Steps:
1. Insert your microSD Card to the Card Writer
2. Run PhoenixCard.exe
3. Select Disk Drive
4. Select Image File
5. Select Write Mode - Product
6. Burn
7. After Image is written to microSD Card, pull out and insert microSD Card into MK802 II.
8. Power on MK802 II, wait for 4-5 minutes, power indicator (blue light) will automatically turn off
9. Remove SD Card and power MK802 II again.
10. Finally the Image is flashed. Now you can enjoy it!

Hello, I have just flashed my MK802II with this firmware and now I'm not being able to make the screen fit all my TV screen. I have maxed out the screen trimming option but there's still a black frame around all the screen. I didn't have this problem before flashing and it seems that the firmware is not the same as the stock one. Is there any way to solve this? Maybe getting the stock firmware again and flash it with it?

Below is the suggestion,

Please try to plug MK802 II directly without using HDMI extension cable.

OR try to use another TV to test.

If the problem cannot be resolved, request you to re-flash the firmware again.

I downloaded PhoenixCard.exe and unzipped it. When I click on the exe file nothing happens. It does this on both my windows 8 machine and my Vista machine. Is there any alternative software that I can download that will do the same thing as PhoenixCard?
