How To for newbie

Hi all,
I have a Superpad Flytouch 3 running Android 2.2 which i want to root and increase the general operating speed of it and to be able to run Flash on it for youtube and general internet video streaming etc.
I have rooted my Android phone but reading the forums there are all sorts of different tablets and dont want to brick mine. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please?

Google tim6a. I updated my tablet to this and now it is roote.
