Adfree from the market works (usually). You van also find a hosts file on the web which routes requests to known ad agencies back to 127.0.0.1 aka localhost.

I agree, Adfree usually works. Have tried several times to find a hosts file but have never found one that is current or maintained. Adfree at least udates from time to time.

Adfree should be running in background all the time?
Cause I dont know if I should kill it or not with TaskKiller.
I have finished with Updating without any problems.

Don't kill it. It looks for hosts file updates and will notify you when a new one is released.

Do you have a problem with:

Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts File

Thanks! This is the first hosts resource I've seen that wasn't just a one-time post or left to sit 6-12+ months without any update. Thanks again for the tip!
