How to install Android Market without rooting on Coby 8127?

Did you ever get this working i just got my 8127 and i want to put market on it. Tried to follow thread and i cant find any that give clear instructions

The OP said it worked in the 7022 thread. It should work for 8127 as well.

I successfully installed Google Play Store on my MID1126 running ICS 4.0.3. However, it tells me I don't have any linked accounts and keeps asking for the number for an Android phone. I have two .gmail.com accounts that are already synced. I can access Play Store from my Acer A500, and may try to add another account using that device.

Google Earth opens, then i receive a message it stopped. I suspect the problems are related. Will cautiously try to patch the Coby Germany installation of ICS 4.0.3. However, I'm on my 3rd reinstall and want to avoid having to wipe and rebuild ICS 4.0.3 again.
