I have an Android 4.0.4 tablet. Trying to decipher the Storage listings in Settings. There are two listings, each labeled as Internal Storage. This was advertised as having 512 Mb memory, but these numbers in Storage just don't add up. How are we supposed to read this?

Many android tablets divide the 4gb storage into several partitions. Tho people use the terms storage and memory interchangably, storage is hard disk and memory is ram.

My 4gb coby shows 2 storage devices, both under 2 gb.
