My son used tablet for 4 weeks. I decided the quickest way to delete all his data would be to reset to Factory Defaults. Now when I switch on the following happens.
Android icon. Android text ... Screen with two alternatives "com.android.provisionDefaultActivity & Setup Wizard" (both are greyed out and not selectable).Green text to select dots to set screen sensitivity - then push "Back" button to continue. Nothing happens.
PLEASE can someone help me get going again. Exact step-by-step needed for a real nooby. Many thanks in advance
