How to reinstall framework-res.apk on mid7032 with upate.zip (i pay a super-beer)

Hi!

I need help!. I deleted framework-res.apk and I have not a backup ....... ufff
The Tablet runs on but stop at the booting, but works Android recovery system <3e>.
I need a signed update.zip that install the Framework-res.zip stock rom.
My device is a MID7032 with Android 4.0.4

If I can help would greatly appreciate it, also .... I WILL BUY YOU A SUPER-BEER .... PLEASE HELP!
