How to sync MID1126 to desktop and transfer files?

Is there a way to sync the MID1126 to the pc and drag and drop files to a certain spot on the android. For example drag and drop a pdf file to the sd card

Hello body.
If I'm not wrong, just connect the tablet and the computer using the USB cable. Once with the correct drivers, tablet will show up in windows explorer or similar. Drag and drop whatever to wherever you want.
