How to tether a I Phone via USB to an Android Tablet(Acer)

Hello,
is it possible to tehter a I Phone 3 GS to an Android Tablet(Acer) via USB?
Its easy to tether the Phone to a Laptop, but is it possible to tether it to a Tablet?

Are there any Drivers oder Apps, which could help me?
