How to Unfreeze MID M9100

How do i unfreeze my mid m9100 9" dual camera android 4.0 os 1.2ghz ? it will load up to the point the word android comes across the screen. Then it just sits there. I dont think it has a reset button. I did find a little hole in the back and if you push on it it will turn on and off but that hasn`t fixed anything. ​

You could try a factory reset, but it will delete everything in the tablet memory.

Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons.
Then try to press different hardware buttons until you are given a list of options.

(If Volume Up and Power doesn't work, try Volume Down and Power.)

Thanks for the advice. I tried to get this to work but it will only turn on the green light. I couldn't get it to blink. Is there anything else I can try?
