How to use Android guide?

My major problem is there does not seem to be much that I can find about how to use Android for a newbie unless anyone knows better please?

Also I got my drop box onto the tablet but the pics are just icons so what app do I need to open them with?

Talk about starting from scratch again.... sheesh.

There are few manuals out there. To many different versions of Android on lots of different hardware with different abilities.

Asking a question is best. So, I'm not positive where you see those thumbnails. Are you in the DropBox app? If so tapping on one should allow you to pick an app to view/open it. I suggest using QuickPic.
