I bought a sharpixels tablet on Tenerife - and now it will not start

Hello

can naybody help me - this tablet was operating very good - and suttenly it will not boot / start

i have looked anywhere to find a program or anything to start the tablet with again.

¨pressing start and volume is no alternative - as this is not working

the tablet had wi-fi and 3g - when it was operating - but can not start it

please help me
