I need suggestion for new tablet

I am going to buy a new tablet, it will be my first tablet.. and i was looking what should i buy...
i found this PiPO M9 PRO
It is really cheap... but i dont know how good it is really ?
so I need first hand information if someone has it ?

Been looking at this one my self, a few options on Amazon:-

£161 upwards depending on what screen you want.

Not sure if it's cheaper elsewhere
