I wanna use my cam in skype or messenger on my tablet

I wanna use messenger and skype in tablet but I also wanna use my cam. My friends sent cam invitation in skype but I cant see it when I log in on to tablet. what can I do? btw I cant download anythin from google android store. Help plz. thanks.
