The Firmware update is there now I did it about 2 weeks ago. Go to the impressions website under support. Click your tablet. Read instructions first. On the second drop down pick Firmware update. It will take your tablet back to factory new. You will lose what ever you had. I did this and now can watch my Netflix's on the tablet. Got the app from the Amazon App store. Good luck!
