Ice Cream Sandwich Upgrade Now Available for LePan2

HI, I am trying to update my Lepan II to ice cream sandwich. I downloaded to ZIP files, one is the USB driver update and then the larger Release of the new system itself. They both downloaded successfully, but when I follwed the instructions to first update the driver, it said that it could not find the driver?? Can you tell what I might be doing wrong? I did not try to update the system software until I make sure that the driver is updated. I have it in Fastboot mode

Read the instructions again carefully. I believe you need to unzip the drivers before you put them in the correct directory.
