Icon in top left indicating Touchscreen Disabled

Help, I have a brand new pair of 9.7" WM8650's. One is working perfectly whereas the other, after booting, has an icon or a hand/finger with a red line through it in the top left hand corner indicating that touch is disabled.

Would anyone have any idea as to how to re-enable it or do a factory reset please ?

All sorted. I connected the keyboard and noticed that CTRL-ALT-DEL did a reboot. A USB mouse was also OK on screen but I couldn't click anything. I then started pressing buttons and, low and behold, pressing the Break / Pause Key on the USB Keyboard sorted me out immediately.
