Icoo D70PROII Not Working, Testing No Help

Hi, the tablet start, but its break, I fail to pass the white screen ICOO.
When i run Rockchip Batch Tool in upgrade mode: the error say: Prepare IDB Fail. When im run in restore mode say the same...

Im tested in 2 different computer, im tested with 3 different micro usb cable.

I dare open it if necessary, but do not know how to repair it...

Really im tested all.
