When ICS was pushed to me a month or so ago, the media indexing function got a bit screwy: all photos, songs, and videos (existing on the tablet prior to, and copied to it afterwards) are listed 3 times each in all media applications.
It makes for rather cluttered listings, and even worse - if I chose the wrong item from the 3 entries listed - some apps will simply crash.
Not sure if it's related (but also happened when I upgraded to ICS), but I've also lost access to the external SD card through the tablet's USB port - meaning I have to take the SD card out and stick in my PC to load files.
Has anyone else have this problem?
