I called AT&T today to let them know of my problem. The tech person said she could boost the output from her side. She did and it seems to be much better; however I am cautiously optimistic. Could it have been that easy?

Yes is could. Sounds like good old AT&T has the user locked out of the adjustments. Big surprise. It sounded strange when your said your neighbor's router was showing a stronger signal than your own. AT&T probably boosted the transmit power on your box. They more than likely have the default set to minimum unless the user calls to complain. Glad you got some help.

RevKev now that you have WiFi working go to the thread for Honeycomb rom by Tipstir. Once you switch to that rom you are going to love the quickness of your Coby.
