iMiTO im7 does not have Marketplace Icon

Hi, I just got my iMiTO im7 today and have searched for hours and I do not have the Android Marketplace icon... I'm new to the aPad but not to Android... Please help... Is there a way to install it???

update firmware, or download other app stores just like slide me or appbrain.
