Install Google Play / Android Market in China Tablet? (EFun M907)

Hello!!

Now I bought a Tablet from China, but found that I lacked the Market ..
I have now tried to install it but I can't for the program shuts down immediately or I had to create an account?

Can I install the Android market or are they just forget it?

I have this: Google Översätt a EFun Yifang M907 .. anything else that has one?
What is flashing? Pros and cons? (I have google it, but can't find some good...)

All of You who have problem downloading the application from googleplay,
there is good alternative.
