Internet Connection Problem

I am posting here because this is the type of tablet I have but if this should be posted somewhere else then I am sorry

I was really excited to get this tablet but now I am frustrated! I connected to my home wifi and then went to the app store. It wanted me to make an account so when I went to make an account it said I wasn`t connected to the internet! I checked my wifi up and down to make sure it was working! I tried other apps and I`m even making this post FROM my tablet. I just don`t know what could be wrong.

Please help or redirect me to a post or forum where I can either ask my question again or find the answer.

Which tablet? You are in the 'catchall' folder...

Which app store? I do not attempt to use the one my Pro 2 and Eglide 4 came with... just Google...

as for batting 1000... I have not used that app ( FB is about it for me) so I have no insight for it either...

Perhaps someone else will chime in!
