internet on tablet

I'm looking into getting myself an Android Tablet, and I have a question;

-Is it possible to hack/root a Android Tablet and receive free 3G/4G internet?

I have a rooted Android Razr and I have free mobile hotspot, so I know I can create a mobile hotspot and get my tablet to use my phone's internet. But is here another way without using my phone for tether/hs?

No. Only cell companies provide 3g/4g internet. The only way to get free 3g/4g is to steal it.

So what you are asking us is "Hey guys, how do I steal cell service?"
