Here we are using 'All winner cotex-A10' based 7 inch(Android 4.0.3) tablet. Here we are trying to connect USB 3g data dongle, but it is not working

How can we configure USB 3g data dongle for internet connectivity?

Unless you know you have a 3G dongle that has been shown to work on Android you may not be able to use it. Very few have any support at all.
