    Hi all,

I'm currently using an iPad but there is one Android app that caught my eye. Tasker.

So in order to enjoy what that app can do, I will buy an Android (actually probably more than one). More of that in the Q&A thread.

So I'm a carputer hobbyist, have a CarPc in both cars I have, but now I'm getting tired of paying $400-$800 plus for a (barely) daylight readable, resistive touch screen to operate what I want in the car (basically media entertainment, but everything else that is possible, just for fun).

I figure, instead of buying yet another screen, why not buy tablets? They come with a very powerful computer to boot. Just need to add storage (cloud?) and more control (Tasker).

Let's see where that will lead me.

    Cheers,

    RHurst.

RipplingHurst... welcome to the site. This is a very good year to pick out some very nice Android Tablets. Good luck with your search, and kindly tell us what one you purchased and the PROs and CONs of it!
