I bought my 2 children the same acer tablet no problems till now. The one will no longer connect to WiFi. I looked in tge advanced settings and I see the Ipv4 is unavailable but I am unsure how to resolve the problem. Also there is no Ipv4 address but I assume that will correct itself if I fix the earlier problem. Also tried a factory reset but still have threw same problem.

Welcome to the forum

The second picture make it look like it does in fact have an IP address. My first thought is to restart your WiFi router. I have other connection issue suggestions in the link from my signature.

The 2nd picture is the other tablet showing the difference between the 2 . For whatever reason it is fine today after all day yesterday not working at all.

My power went out for a few minutes in the morning in turn rebooting the modem so maybe that was the solution afterall. Either way thanks.
