Ira Thing 2 hangsup android screen freezes

I have just got ARM 1.5 GHz tablet last week with 7" LCD, multitouch, capacitive 512 MB RAM,4 GB NAND flash, 3G, WiFi,1.3 MP camera.
When I was downloading from Play store, after downloading the screen freezed. I tried many times to switch it on but same thing happened. there is no volume button. I don't know how to reset the tablet to to its original state. a small reset button is there but of no use.
Any one can help me out of this problem?...........................
