Is my tablet good enough?

Is my tablet good enough to play some games and watch videos. It is a wintec filemate light. It has a 600 MHZ Processor.

Software is capable but the processor is slow. Standard speeds are at 1Ghz now and getting faster. I would surmise that some games and apps won't work. I don't even know if Flash will load. It's best to try out games and other apps for yourself.

My tablet has a 800mhz CPU, games are kinda laggy, Angry Birds runs fine with background disabled, fruit ninja seems to be running, but it lags a little bit (still playable tho).
Flash video is a no no even for my tablet, it runs fine, but there is a delay between the video and the audio.
This could easily be resolved by using the Skyfire browser, it converts Flash videos to HTML5 and resolves any delay/lag problems.
