is the screen supposed to feel somewhat puffy or bulky in the center of the screen?

I got my Huawei S7-104 from Amazon and I was able to feel that the touchscreen feels somewhat puffy, specially in the center of the screen.
I had used several other touchscreen resistive devices that didn't feel like this ( Nokia N97, Sony ericcson P1, ipod touch, etc).
So I was wondering if there might be something wrong with my device I don't have any way to compare it with another S7 tablet

It's because the size of the screen. Mine too feels the same. The devices you said you used all had a small screens.

looks like it has a protection foil over from the factory.

That's what I figured that the size makes it feel like this... I'm glad I didn't receive a defective product
