Hi I would like to ask if there an android apps that is more like the autoruns of windows, About the apps i ask its like an apps that will determine which service will run in startup and has an ability to disable or delete the services
If you are rooted, you might be able to hack the init scripts. Helpful if you know linux or unix and bash scripting.

Autorun-Manager is application to prevent application which marked as autostarted app by the system to start during boot and jaomadn is looking for apps that can add any apps to the autostarted apps list.

Yes, if rooted, you can do bash scripting. Just rembember the directory will need to be mounted rw. If you need help with rooting your gtab, search for Bishop of technology. He has a how to that I followed to root my gtab. I'm gunning cyanogen 7 nightly bike but stable is good too. I made a one line change in a file, and now have Netflix working.
