Issue With Flashing CWM img

Hello All,
I recently purchased an A2109 as a back up tablet/one for my wife to use and I'm having trouble flashing the GWM .img file. I have downloaded the ClockwordMod from mcl630 found here

I'm trying to flash the CWM using the LeTools fastboot but I get the following error

sending 'recovery' (6478 KB) ... FAILED (command write failed (Unknown error))
finished. total time 0.637s

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong so any help is greatly appreciated. BTW I am running Windows 7.

Did you unlock your bootloader? If not, that's why it won't flash. If you did unlock and you're still getting errors flashing, I could only guess that the device's flash memory is failing.
