Jexaa - Don't touch with a bargepole!

    I bought a tablet last year as a Christmas present for my disabled son. By early Jan is was not working. I sent it back to Jexaa and they replaced it - great so far. Within 2 weeks it was unusable as the screen was scrolling too much. I contacted them via support ticket (several times). Finally I got a reply saying send it back. I did that (in April)........ Nothing since. I paid my money and have nothing to show for it.

    They do not respond to emails, support ticket facility is not working. I thought they had gone bust, but have suddenly started receiving marketing emails from Josh@jexaa. He doesn't respond to my emails either. Next step for me? I am going to go on any forum/social network site and shout it from on high that they are a shoddy company and should be avoided. Watchdog needs to know too. Does anyone else want to tell me about their experiences?
