Joys, Needs Help

I am new to the Android OS tablet 2.2 and can't read the tiny instructions however i managed to turn the device on and thought I was connected to the internet but can't get on...not sure what to do or where to get help from.

My Tablet is 7 inch screen, is called MID Android OS 22, does this help?
