Keyboard Issue

I changed my ROM to Honeycomb. The Gingerbread keyboard was working and then some how it got put back to the Android keyboard, now I cannot get it back to the Gingerbread one. How do I get it back? Inside languages and keyboard, Gingerbread is checked and there isn't a place to uncheck Android keyboard.

when in a place to text, press and hold, then click select input method and choose GB keyboard
