Keyboard issues

I have a Kyros 7125 and am having a problem with the keyboard. i searched and could not find an answer to this. When I push a letter on the keyboard it types 1 letter to the left of the key I actually touched, i.e. if I type a j and h appears on the screen. It was working fine for a couple of hours, but then this started. Any ideas on how to get this corrected would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the on screen keyboard or an external keyboard ?

Recalibrate

One of mine did that --it finds the key below the one I was typing on--
after I recalibrate (using the pen for precision), the keyboard types
fine.
