I know you probably think I'm nuts, but after leaving my Augen Gentouch 78 in a drawer for about 6 months I get it out today. And when I turn it on there's a kitty like creature in the upper left hand corner wearing a green beak...and it's completely frozen. Even the power button won't turn it off. Please help me. Btw, I have tried resetting(multiple times) and that's not working...
